Since 1989, Doug Tornatore has been involved in the development and leasing of shopping centers throughout the US, in deal-making and executive assignments. In 2019, Doug left the corporate real estate world and founded Focus Properties LLC, based in Fairfield, CT. He now concentrates on tenant representation of best in class food and beverage operators such as Elicit Brewing Company of Hamden, CT and Mystic Market of Mystic, CT, among others.

Doug has established deep relationships working with hundreds of national, regional and local tenants and can quickly assist landlords in filling vacancies and/or repositioning assets. He also is now involved with Investment Sales of restaurants businesses and associated real estate.
